“How to Do Good Grief”

A Midwinter Conference
Saturday, February 5, 2011
9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
at Fouth Presbyterian Church

Anyone who has lost a parent, child, spouse, sibling, or beloved pet knows that legitimizing the complex and often taboo emotions one feels when a loss occurs is a difficult and rocky journey. “How to Do Good Grief,” a day-long conference coordinated by the Lorene Replogle Counseling Center, can help those who are struggling with grief or loss.

This gathering will nurture a deeper understanding of death and dying, helping participants to better cope with the hardship of losing a loved one. Conference attendees will be guided in examining unique ways of remembering and honoring people who have died.

To register, fill out a registration form, which can be found in the literature racks or downloaded, by the Saturday, January 29 deadline.
