Project Light: Funding Strategy

"A Light in the City: Sharing God's Grace, " the Capital Campaign
for Fourth Presbyterian Church, is a critical funding strategy for
Project Light. The proposed joint development and sale of air rights on
our Michigan Avenue site is another element of Project Light funding.
