The Planned Development Application filed with the City of Chicago on September 29 includes technical, architectural drawings based upon the architectural concept shown here. The joint development was designed by award-winning Lucien Lagrange Architects, with consultation and counsel from church architects Perkins & Will. Fourth Church’s Facilities Master Plan and carefully constructed Design Guidelines were the basis of the development of the new building’s design.
