Whether you are new to the city or native to Chicago, Young Adult Ministries at Fourth Presbyterian Church welcomes those twenty-two to thirty-five or thereabouts, whether single or married, gay or straight, and

• connects people of similar ages in a common place

• serves as an entry point for young adults into the life of Fourth Church

• welcomes seekers, questioners, the convinced, and the agnostic

• provides opportunities for serving others

engages in thoughtful exploration of discipleship

• offers a space to encounter the intersection of faith and (post)modern life

• achieves the above while holding onto a sense of fun and fellowship

We hope you’ll join us for one or more of the events listed in this month’s calendar.

The Gathering, a weekly opportunity for Young Adults, meets every Sunday at 12:15 p.m. in the Randolph Room, where we gather for fellowship and discussion.

No Gathering on February 7;
Join us for our Super Bowl Party!

Because of this weekend’s Young Adults Retreat, we will not be holding the Gathering on Sunday, February 7. But please plan to join us for our Super Bowl gathering with the ThirtiesForties fellowship group at 5:00 p.m. in the Manse.

The Gathering will resume next Sunday, February 14, at its usual time and location.

For information about the Gathering, contact Liz Nickerson,
Director of Young Adult Ministry,
at enickerson@fourthchurch.org.

SpeakEasy is Fourth Church Young Adults’ monthly after-work outing to a local restaurant for appetizers and great discussion about faith and life in a loosely guided format. Come give yourself a break during the week and spend some time catching up with good friends—or make new ones.
