Volunteer to Be a Youth Leader
We’re looking for volunteers to serve as adult leaders for our youth during the 2017–2018 program year.
What does being a youth leader look like?
You might join Junior or Senior High students in their weekly Sunday youth group.
Or maybe you would help lead a small group of eighth-grade Confirmation students.
Or you might travel with youth on a retreat or mission trip or even chaperone a lock-in.
There are lots of ways to support the youth of Fourth Church—and the investment you make in their lives will pay dividends beyond what you can imagine!
Interested? Considering it? Here’s what to do:
- Read the Engagement Opportunity descriptions for Sunday Junior High Leader; Sunday Senior High Leader; Confirmation Circle Leader; Chaperone for Youth Lock-In, Retreat, or Mission Trip; or Youth Ministry Committee Member
- Think about where your particular interests, experience, and skills would most joyfully be employed with students.
- Pray about it.
- Then, if you would like to be considered for one of these opportunities in the 2017–18 program year, fill in the fields at the bottom of this page no later than Sunday, April 30.
Pastor Rocky will then be in touch with you so that together you may discern this calling to work with Fourth Church youth. Or, if you prefer, feel free to call Rocky (312.981.4037) before you fill out the fields.
Thank you for considering giving of your time and energy!
Yes, I am interested!
