Those attending a Fourth Church worship service in person are entering an area where photography, video, and audio recording may occur on behalf of Fourth Church.

By entering the worship service,

• you consent to the non-commercial use of the resulting visual and audio records;
• you waive all rights you may have to any claims of compensation for the use of these records;
• you release Fourth Church from any liability for the use of these records; and
• you waive the right to inspect or approve any of these records.
