2026 Encore - Time in a Bottle

Encore is the annual benefit for the Center for Life and Learning at Fourth Presbyterian Church.

The theme of this year’s event is Time in a Bottle.

Under the deft guidance of Kevin Wood, the renowned musical stylist and storyteller, take a heartfelt and humorous cabaret journey through the moments that shape us — the loves we lost, the chances we took, the songs that carried us through, and the memories we wish we could uncork and live again.

Blending storytelling with beloved classics and unexpected musical gems, the show explores how we hold on to the past while learning to savor the present. Tender, witty, and deeply human, guided by Kevin Wood, Time in a Bottle invites audiences to laugh, reflect, and perhaps see their own story shimmering inside the glass.
